Aged textblock, cloth hinge reinforcement at front and rear gutters; Textblock clean and tight; Spine worn and sunned, bumped at head and foot; Bumped board corners, lightly soiled sides, lightly edge worn; 432p., including index to illustrations. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Hardcover.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. hard cover, dark red flexible cover. 1919 (99 year old original). This is a greatly expanded version of publisher's earlier work for engineers and trainmen. Has the fold out of a technical drawing of an Atlantic type engine. 371 pages, photos, drawings, index, Q and A. A very good copy, remarkably clean and tight for age, unmarked. Shelf A.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. A solid copy with no loose pages, there is wear on the cover, especially the spine and there is a crease on the front cover. The front hinge is tender and the edge of the frontis is a bit chipped in the margin.
