Soft cover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. , 1875. 9x5", 24pp, original printed wrappers. Deaccession stamp on rear wrapper; also s small oval "Library of Congress/Smithsonian Deposit" stamp on the title page. Good+ copy (probably better than that). $150 Four copies located by WorldCat: Duke, University Chicago, NY Academy of Medicine, College of Physicians of Philadelphia.
