First Edition
2 color lithograph map (20" x 24 1/2"), folded into stiff brown folder with black lettering. Early San Jose, CA bookseller label on lower front cover; short closed tear at bottom edge; several small tears at corner folds; else map and folder are in fine condition. Progressive Map Service published a variety of Californa city and county maps in the first half of the 20th century. Our research finds first mention of PMS in 1914, the date of this map.
