Hardcover. Red cloth binding with black and gilt text and design. [4], [2] 52 pp., 54 charts. English. Inscription on front free endpaper. Edition of beautifully designed charts depicting the progress of the USSR before, during, and at the conclusion of its Five-Year Plan. The diagrams provide a broad picture of Soviet society, examining population, industry, agriculture, transportation, involvement in government, and more. Very scarce: seemingly a privately printed pubilcation distributed in a very low quantity. VG+, minor shelf wear, some tinting of endsheets, one mark (underlining a word in a title), otherwise very clean and tight.
