The covers are the original blue stapled wrappers with black cover lettering and decoration. There is a previous owner's name on the top edge of the front cover and a few numbers on the front upper right as if someone was writing a dates for a coue of years, else the covers are in decent conditon after all these years. One interior page has ink two ink marks adjacent to a passage of county history with the notation "here" at the top of the page, else the contents are tight, clean and unmarked. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; [28] pages.
