Unbound. Condition: Good. no date, circa 1969. Single stapled booklet, 8 ½ by 11 inches. 4 leaves, printed on single sides only. A four page statement from the Teaching Fellows of the Committee For Radical Structural Reform at Harvard University. In 1969 many students and faculty at Harvard sought both the abolition of the ROTC on campus, as well as a moratorium on the expansion of Harvard into surrounding neighborhoods. This effort was primarily led by the SDS, although other groups, such as the Committee For Radical Structural Reform, formed to seek change. This statement discusses the termination of contractual obligations with the Department of Defense regarding the ROTC, hoping to eliminate the university's ties to the Vietnam War; demands that Harvard expansion be ceased; and asks that the structure and rule of Harvard be returned to students and staff. GOOD condition. Moderate uneven toning. Faint vertical fold crease present. Minor soiling and staining. Light curling at the corners.
