Original Cloth. Condition: Poor. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. First Edition. Ex-Library copy from the Swan Circulating Library. The spine has quite heavy chipping at the bottom and is darkened over the bottom half where the jacket is damaged. Otherwise only a little wear to the edges. Page edges are browned with some spotting. Stamps to the front and rear pastedowns and the front free endpaper has nine date stamps with numbers in pen next to these. The pages are browned with light spotting in places but otherwise generally unmarked. The jacket has a five inch piece missing from the bottom half of the spine with staining to the remainder and along the right edge of the rear panel. There is also a half-inch piece missing at the top of the spine and another one inch piece missing from the top left corner of the rear panel. There is also some chipping to the corners. First printing.
