Missing front free endpaper. Mild thumb-marking present. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and heavy marking to boards. Heavy tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Moderate cocking to spine. Boards are notably warped.

The boards show moderate scuffing to all edges with a little loss of cloth to the corners and splitting and fraying to the crushed spine head and tail, scuffed spine. Large front hinge crack, the front board being held solely by stitching from the front edge of the text block (photo 3). Name to front descriptive paste-down. Some gutter gaps but the leaves are still secure and in good condition. A 1.5cm tear to bottom edge of pp125/6. The pages are mostly clean, with faint age toning and the odd light stain. Measures 18.8 x 12.9 x 2.1cm. 160 pages, plus 16 pages of book listing at the back.
