Two volume large paper set, volume 1: 12 preliminary pages, 610 pages, (10 page index), Volume 2 : 4 preliminary pages, 664 pages, (16 page index), text printed within typographical borders, all page in clean condition. Bound in later 19th century half red calf and cloth covered boards, twin leather title labels, spines decorated with gilt lines and blind decoration within raised bands, marbled end-papers, all edges marbled, bindings rubbed at the corners and tops and bottoms of the spines, joints worn and broken but still holding, a large paper set in good condition. Heavy books- additional shipping will be requested for destinations out-with the United Kingdom.
