Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. On the Measurement ,Valuation , Conversion and Realisation of British Timber Trees . 8vo.Pp, xiv ,152[2] .Original maroon cloth covered boards ,with title in Gold on front ,some slight dents on tail and head of spine, but generally unmarked . Paste down and free end front and rear have some foxing, a little also on a few other pages . Corners creased on pages 17/20 and 131.Fore edges are spotted , but on the whole book is clean and tight, considering it was published in the 1880's. A very interesting and informative volume.
