Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Very Good. See scans and description. New York: American Elsevier Publishing Company, Inc., 1966. First Edition. The Principles of Navigation, by E.W. Anderson. Octavo, medium blue cloth boards, gilt spine imprinting, xiv + 1 + 653 pp. No jacket. Very Good, but only due to some rear cover spotting, a modest amount of page-edge dust, and a faint "Property of U.S. Navy" stamp at bottom page edges. Otherwise, handsome, bright, and tight - handsome on the shelf, quite usable on the desk. Scholarly, well-illustrated - and highly-regarded - survey of all aspects of navigation, as of 1966, by Robertson. A genre collectible, often not as well preserved as this example is. See scans. L20n.
