(Pressman seems to have been holding up a press sheet for inspection, but the image of the sheet has been cut away in favor of a little doodling.) Printing throughout in 2-colors, including title page. The first 19 pages + a one-page list of distributors are printed one-side-only on french-fold signatures, unopened at the top. The 7 Insert pages and Index page at rear are also printed one-side-only, but on eight different colors of stock.
