First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Fine. 1st. One of 1,000. Essays and Recollections by a number of writers, with a selective check list compiled by Dorothy Abbe and Rollo G. Silver. Bound in publisher's original quarter blue cloth with illustrated paper boards and spine stamped in gilt. Illustrated with black and white photographs and reproductions, as well as color reproductions of Dwiggins' design work. A beautiful set. Comes in black textured board slipcase with spine stamped in silver. Two small chips to open end of slipcase. Books fine. 4 1/2 x 7 inches. 413 pages total.
