Key (Houston, Texas), 5 3/8 x 8 1/4 inches tall stapled paperbound in red covers, printed only on recto side of each leaf, thoroughly indexed, vii, 52, [9] ff. plus a one-page addendum with the Underwood, Barber and Burchfield families laid in. Moderate to heavy soiling, creasing, rubbing and edgewear to covers, with prior owner name to top margin of front cover, where the title has been 'colored in' by a prior owner. Slight to moderate foxing to a number of pages, with creasing or chipping to a few page tips. Otherwise, a clean and unmarked copy of this rare family history and genealogy.
