Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (21s). Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, a few marks, a couple of small (approx. 1cm) tears, very small patchy loss (mainly to head/tail of spine and to corners), creasing/rubbing to edges, little patchy browning (including to spine), the odd spot of foxing, pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, pushing/bumping to corners, little patchy browning/odd small mark/minor foxing to reverse (white side), little browning/creasing/odd spots of foxing to front/back inner flaps and is in only good condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with minor pushing/bumping to corners and minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Pages are a bit tanned. Odd small mark/(quite) severe foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Very occasional small mark/spot of foxing to pages.
