Parallel Design Distributed Implementation General Purpose Computer by Vishkin Uzi (1 results)

Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book introduces a novel parallel computer that is both user and implementation-friendly. The design space of the computer is a permissive parallel RAM model of computation, and the implementation space is a synchronous distributed machine. The author efficiently translates from the design space into the implementation space, resulting in a machine that solves many problems with great efficiency. This book is significant because it presents a new approach to parallel computer design that overcomes the limitations of previous models. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…
