Hardcover. Condition: VG-. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, green cloth boards with gilt on front and spine. Exterior cloth shows chipping and loss to the shine along the edges of both boards and spine area. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. Decorated in pages in front and rear are free of any bookplates. Generically inscribed and signed by the author on the half title page. The book was property of George H. Carter (The United States Government Printing Office Public Printer) and in the lower right corner is lightly penciled "Carter - Williamson 12 4 56". These books came from the estate of Mr. Carter and his books were mostly penciled with "Carter - Williams". Remaining pages of book are clean with no issues. Rear board has numerous pages showing the point system rolled with silver tipped pens, book also contains numerous foldouts and illustrations. Signed by Author(s).
