Hardcover. Condition: Good. Kakki cloth printed in black, DW, small 4to., 112 pages + 208 monochrome plates, 4 color plates and illustrations in text. Mild ex-libis copy with penned initial and stamp at title-page, faint penned call letters at bottom of text block, tape residue to boards, and neatly excised front flyleaf. Otherwise, a clean, very good copy in a near fine DW with no wear or soil, in archival mylar.
