Subtle toning, two horizontal folds smoothed-out, with several tiny tears to the edges; Very Good. Undated, but an early publication of the DeLeonist IWW offshoot the WIIU, begun in 1908 but not so named until 1915; membership was mostly absorbed by DeLeon's SLP and the WIIU was disbanded by 1924.
