Thirty-six tissue-guarded color plates mounted on green art paper are all in lovely condition. The text pages with line drawings within text with scattered foxing and four short margin tears. This copy of the book contains the text page and corresponding illustration portraying a negative Jewish stereotype, i.e. that of the swindling Jew, that are often found missing from this title. This is a great picture book rarely found in such nice condition. The condition of the book is VERY GOOD +. Adams, Frank (illustrator).
