Program for three days of events, August 18-20, 1938, celebrating the completion of the bridge linking Collins Landing, New York, and Ivy Lea, Ontario. The dedication ceremony featured addresses by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King. Stapled illustrated wraps show edge wear and creasing.
