4to, 18 pp., brown binder's cloth. First edition. Sinclair's plan was for all cottagers to be given three acres of land which would be sufficient to keep one cow, and to produce vegetables and fruit, thus rendering the cottager largely self-sufficient. Very uncommon. Fussell, p. 246; Perkins 1596.
