Chicken Soup and Pierre are paginated; the other two are not. The box is holding up with scuffs and one small tear. We made dust jackets for this set from our first edition set. The previous owner, little Ransom, has his name on the pastedown endpapers. He even illustrated the free endpaper in "One Was Johnny" and attempted to write his name on the front boards. A charming intact set.

Top of the slip case dented upwards but it is still sturdy and the illustrations on the case show little wear or soil. Dust jackets have some wear on the spines, nothing on the covers of any of them.
