Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. One of an edition of 250 copies (which included both hard and soft bound books) printed in Italy on rag paper. Hardbound book in immaculate condition, in plain thin cardboard slipcase; slipcase in in Good condition, showing some age toning at top.

Paperback. Condition: Very Good. One of an edition of 250 copies (which included both hard and soft bound books) printed in Italy on rag paper. Softbound book in very good condition. Blue paper wraps show very little wear, and no creasing. Deckle-edged pages are very clean and firmly bound. Tiny (1/8") closed tear to top rear edge of cover.
