Condition: Good. First published in 1925, this copy is a reprint from 1929 (print code 3000/29). Mounted on cloth and folded in the original covers, with a front cover illustration by Ellis Martin. The map is in very good condition; the covers are in good to very good condition (some rubbing, some chafing of the edges). Also covers Catterick, Bedale, Masham, Middleham and Leyburn.

A very good copy, for it age, of this single sheet (21), paper, colour, OS map, described as: Examination for Promotion Captains-Subhead (D) (iv) and Lieutenants-Subhead (B) (iv), first published at the War Office,1932; also dated stamped in top - March, 1939. In very good condition for its age; outside has very neat pencil lettering 'Ripon & Northallerton sheet 21', but really very clean; folded out map clean and bright but with some darkening to folds and some chipping and erosion to corners, not affecting map itself; otherwise little sign of wear. All folds intact, no damage. 64 cm x 84 cm.
