Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 198 pages. Page 69 protrudes slightly but is holding. Missing front free page. Some pencil james on the front pastedown and one ink signature on the title page. "Revised Edition". S pages have spotting but not intrusive. The front paper hinge is broken but holding. The boards are weathered with soiling and rubbing but the lettering on the front is 100 legible and the back is about 80% legible. The spine is black cloth.
