Signed with a brief inscription by August Derleth on the front-free-end-paper. In original, clipped, jacket in a protective sheet with mi…nor rubbing, edge wear, and a small chip at the head of the spine (about 1-2mm). Bound in black cloth over boards with a gilded illustration on the front and gilded lettering on the spine. Solid and square with square corners. Shallow marginal tear to ffep (about 4mm). The pages are gently and evenly toned, otherwise the interior is clean and clear with a strong spine. Authors include: H. P. Lovecraft, John Metcalf, Robert Bloch, A. E.
