Attractively bound in three quarter greenish brown morocco leather over marbled boards, bindings by Riviere, top edges gilt, other edges untrimmed, marbled endpapers, books about 9 inches tall. Spines slightly faded to a pleasing dark tan, some fairly light expected shelfwear mainly rubbed edges, spine heads have a little roughness, good hinges, firm text blocks, very clean pages with the armorial bookplate of R. Horace Gallatin in each volume, no other markings. Hard Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
