Pages browned with some spotting to the final page and a little creasing to the bottom corners of the last few pages but they are otherwise unmarked. First printing. Postage charge will be reduced by £1.50 when the order is processed.

The Edgley novel was originally published in the US by Simon & Schuster in 1946. The spine is a little faded with some edge rubbing and reading creasing. There is a little creasing at the top corners of both novels…but otherwise only light edge and surface wear to the covers. Browning to the page edges which are a little uneven - binding quite secure however. Name in pen at the top of the title page of the Colton novel and the first page of the Edgley novel. The pages are browned but they are otherwise unmarked. Cover illustrations for both novels by Harry Barton. First printing. . Barton, Harry (illustrator).
