Long essay by Tancock reviewing the history of multiples. Illustrated with 55 b & w photos by various artists represented at the exhibition. Wonderful catalogue of 189 artist who have works represented at the exhibition. Lots of detail in the catalog for each artist. The book consists of folded pages glued to the mesh. So, a very delicate book to be handled with care. 54 folded page with printing on 108 sides. Unusual, but wonderful book, based on very important ides of aesthetics. Nice copy, 108 pg. CF9.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Looks like red covers are detached and held by yellow tape (not original I am guessing). otherwise pages are in great shape and binding is good. Partial dust jacket has some moderate edgewear.

Very good condition. Fold-out red card covers with metal fastener and black-lettered wrap-around band; internally complete with color-coded sections. Light surface rubbing and fading to purple rear panel, mild edge wear to wrap band, and a clean but visible split beginning at the spine fold (as shown). Interior excellent: bright, unmarked, and complete. Overall very good condition, structurally sound, and visually striking.

A handsome complete and intact example in the publisher's printed band of an item that is notoriously hard to find in nice condition showing some typical minor wear at corners.

This publication aims to be a multiple itself, printed on paper of six different colours with a printed publisher's band and buttons on the front and back cover. The catalogue was conceived and designed by Eugene Feldman and printed and crash-bound at The Falcon Press in Philadelphia. Very good copy.
