Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 4th Edition. 8vo, leather, spine in six panels with (dull) red morocco label, lacks ffep, 915, iii pp. AUSTIN 1892.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Thick 4to leather bound volume. Some rubbing to leather but hinges and spine good. Would polish up well. End papers not split. One small early oval personal library label. 1072 pages have some quite light foxing.

Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: None. 1058 pages. Hardcover without dust jacket. 7th American Printing. Normal to considerable wear to edges of cover and spine, slight creasing and cracking to leather along spine. Fading, discoloration, foxing on text block and upper page edges, but otherwise tight copy. Slight rip 1-inch to upper section of front end paper, from hinge outward, previous owners name and notes in front. "Thomas's Practice" printed along spine in gold. Record # 2230699.
