Hardcover. Condition: Good. Red cloth covers with gold gilt lettering on front cover and spine exhibit light bumping and wear on corners and spine ends. Yellowing to page ends due to age. Previous owners bookplate and foxing on inside front cover. Heavily illustrated with b&w photos, drawings, and model plates. Many interesting advertisements. Folding diagram in Issue 5 is complete, though split into 4 panels. All of our books are individually inspected and described. Never ex-lib unless explicitly described as such.

Condition: Fair. 1933. No Edition Remarks. 408 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Quarter bound blue leather with blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. November issue is not included. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Pages remain bright with minor foxing. Moderate staining to pages, including thumb-marking. The binding is slightly shaky. Minor dog-eared corners. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Minor scratching to boards. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.

Wraps. black-&-white illustrations (illustrator). ,Four individual issues, each vg in stapled wraps,Plans and instructions on how to make: 'modern interurban electric car'; two-cylinder compressed air engine to be used in flying model airplanes; model semaphore signal; various scale model locomotives etc. Issues for April, September & October, 1928; and June, 1929. Sold as a lot of four, only.

Stapled Wraps. Condition: Near Very Good. Complete set issued in 1929, twelve stapled wraps, all volumes have slight bumps to spine ends and corners with a touch of creasing to some corners or tiny splits to spine ends, faint cross creasing to spine, and faint rubbing with some smudging particularly near spine. Additionally, a few issues have some tiny smudges or marks to a cover, No. 8 has a faint vertical crease near center of booklet, and the cover of No. 12 is starting to pull at the staples, and has some slight edgewear. Otherwise a solid Near VG twelve issue set.

Stapled Wraps. Condition: Near Very Good. Complete set issued in 1933, twelve stapled wraps, all volumes have very light bumps to spine ends and corners with short splits to some spine ends and slight creasing to some corners, rubbing to covers with faint spotting to some issues, and some cross creasing along spine, otherwise a solid Near VG twelve issue set.

Stapled Wraps. Condition: Near Very Good. Complete set issued in 1931, twelve stapled wraps, all issues have slight bumps to spine ends and corners with slight creasing to some corners and tiny tears to spine ends of some issues, very light cross creasing along spine, and slight rubbing with a few small spots and smudges. Additionally, issue No. 10 has a slight diagonal crease to rear cover from top edge to spine, and No. 11 has a shallow chip to top edge of booklet near fore edge, otherwise a solid Near VG twelve issue set.

Stapled Wraps. Condition: Very Good. Complete set issued in 1932, twelve stapled wraps, all volumes have slight bumps to spine ends and corners with a touch of creasing to corners of a few issues, light rubbing with some smudging to covers, a touch of cross creasing to spine, and very slight shelfwear to cover edges and along spine crease. A couple issues also have a very small chip to a spine end, but otherwise is a solid VG twelve issue set.
