Hard Cover. Dust Jacket Included. First Edition. Very good in a very good+ dust jacket. A little shelfwear to boards, pages browning, spine lean, and small owner's label on front endpaper. The jacket has a tiny chip at the foot of the spine, and the rear panel is a little soiled. The author won an Edgar for his first mystery; this title is his fourth.

Page edges a bit browned else about fine in bright, near fine dustwrapper with some modest scuffing at the edge of the spine. Novel about a redheaded model who plunges to her death, with the only witness a horse-playing spinster. Fast won the first Edgar Award with his debut mystery novel *Watchful at Night*.
