Set in a world where "you're humanbut are you sure everyone else is?", it explores themes of identity and assimilation reminiscent of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Condition: No Flaws or Blemishes appears unread with mild expected age-toning to text edges. Clean interior; Herbert's signature in blue ink on title page. Brian Herbert (b. 1947), son of Dune creator Frank Herbert, collaborated with Marie Landis on several novels prior to his later Dune prequel series with Kevin J. Anderson.
