Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Light blue boards with navy lettering on front and spine. Buckram worn at the spine and, front and back cover. Front and back cover bendy with vertical crease head to tail. Head and tail bumped, so too are front corners. Cover is well thumbed and lightly discoloured with some small staining, else in good condition. Page edges are discoloured and lightly foxed. Free endpapers are stained and quite heavily foxed. Paste downs and title pages are also stained and foxed. Binding is tidy yet loose. The occasional page has creasing at head corner, and the odd stain. Otherwise in good condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously but they usually present better than they sound.
