Front cover detached, spine worn (with pices missing) rear cover stained at the staples, and soiled; pencil markings, notes and underlining to the text t…hroughout, and last few pages waterstained at the top. Overall a Good copy. Of note is the one page ad at the back featuring an early variant of the ouja board, and the misspelling of Lily Dale.
