40x45 cm. 8-panel folding promotional piece with a colorful and decorative map of the world on the verso. Pinhole separations at 2 fold junctions, otherwise fine condition. The map shows the world featuring major shipping lanes, with ships and airplanes on the oceans, There are also a colorful display of McCormick's many food products, the flags of 33 countries at the bottom, and 4 vignettes at the corners of the map showing scenes from around the world of the sources of some of McCormick's products: Tea from Ceylon, Spices from India, Vanilla from Mexico and Mustard Seed in England. The recto, largely text, promotes McCormick and Baltimore.
