Some tanning on endpapers else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Full text of all the statutes etc passed to 30th September 1914 by the British Parliament and Government as a consequence of the outbreak of the first world war, covering such things as the Declaration of War, call up of soldiers, control of exports, currency and bank notes, requisition of resources, civil defence arrangements, trading with the enemy etc.
