Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Included. First Edition. Hard Cover. First Edition. 1st Printing. Hardback Good complete solid reading copy. someone cut the Dust Jacket in five sections, the inner front fold, inner back fold, front of Dust Jacket and Back of Dust Jacket, and the spine of the Dust jacket. The spine of the Dust Jacket was evidently thrown away. the rest of the Dust Jacket was glued inside the book on blank pages. this glue is no longer holding, so the 4 sections of the DJ are inserted in the book, with glue stains on 4 blank pages. This does not effect any lettering.
