Condition: Good. 1969. This edition. 252 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over orange cloth. Black and white illustration plates. Pages with some foxing and tanning, particularly to endpapers and textblock edges. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some mild marking and tanning. Clipped jacket has light edge wear with a small tear to spine base. Spine mildly tanned.

Condition: Good. 1946. First Edition. 248 pages. Illustrated dust jacket over green cloth boards with lettering. Contains black and white illustrations. Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Lettering is clear. Visible wear marks to boards. Unclipped jacket. Dust jacket has heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Extensive tanning and wear marks to flaps, panels and spine.
