The head of the soiled dust jacket's spine is chipped and there are a couple of tears to the jacket's edges with a small chip out from the top of the front panel. [x] & 54 pages. Near fine in a good dust wrapper. First edition, inscribed, dated January 31, 1965" & signed "Kay" by the author on the front endpaper. Laid in at the front is Kay Magenheimer's poem "'Ask Not.' in Memory of John Fitzgerald Kennedy" printed on 5-5/8 inch high by 3-3/8 inch wide fine card stock with details as to the "Formal Unveiling" of the memorial printed on the verso.

54pp. 8vo. Original cloth in pictorial dustwrapper, a little faded. A little offsetting to endpapers, otherwise a very good copy. Signed copy. First edition.

Name written inside the front cover, along with a gift inscription. Missing dustjacket, although it's unclear if one came with the book originally. The pages have heavy notes, underlining and or highlighting present. Staining on several pages due to leaf storage. The binding is intact and all pages are present. Individually inspected by Scott.
