Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 37 pp; Craftsman Edition in green fabric covers, red decorative highlighs on the title page, foreword and first page of the text, limited to 500 copies. Gilt on front is rubbed making the right side of the title and sub-title difficult to read, corners square, a very nice, clean, tight and attractive book.
