There is a date of 1934 in the middle of a design in the front center of the cover but that I believe is for the founding of the series, and not a publication date. I have an earlier, dated Galois lecture from this series by Church that states 1936 and another from 1935 and uses a much inferior grade of paper. My best guess is that these Churchs are 1940s vintage.].
