Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Edition and printing not known. In fair tan cloth boards, with blind stamped decoration and titles to front and faded gilt titles to spine. The boards are loose from broken hinge and with collapsed hollow; the spine ends and corners are bumped and frayed and there are a few light marks to front and back. The pale khaki coloured end papers are unmarked. The text block is illustrated with many black and white photos and figures and the pages are even and firm after the Prelims which are a bit loose. The frontispiece and tissue guard is detached. The cut edges are slightly tanned; the text pages have a few smudges but are not tanned or foxed. Good condition. No dedications etc. Without jacket.
