Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. True first British printing with original unclipped (priced to spine) jacket. Jacket has patchy loss (mainly to head/tail of spine and to corners), edge/shelf wear, few tears, the odd mark, patchy browning (including to spine), creasing/rubbing to edges and pushing/bumping to corners. Boards are good with a little pushing/bumping to corners, patchy fading, darkening to spine and a little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. The binding is tight. Top of pages gilt (little dulled/scratched). Previous owner's names in pen to front end-paper. Small mark to lower corner of pages. Mild foxing/odd small mark to page edges and bottoms. Previous owner's bookplate to front end-paper. Odd small mark/spot of foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
