Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Publisher's hardback in very good condition: firm and square, strong joints, just mildly rubbed. Complete with original dustjacket: slightly edge-worn and a little darkened, even so still showing well. Contents tight and clean; no pen-marks. Not from a library so no such stamps or labels. Thus a tidy book in presentable condition.

Published by Leo Cooper Ltd in 1974, here is the first hardback printing of Christopher Sinclair-Stevenson's The Life of a Regiment: The History of the Gordon Highlanders. 177 pages, photos/illustrations throughout, green cloth binding, gilt spine lettering, silver regiment badge to the front cover, the book is in very good condition with some browning throughout. The dust jacket is good with some general rubbing to the edges, some creasing to the rear and a single closed tear approximately 15 mm in length to the top edge.
