Large additions on topics for American readers. Maroon cloth/no issued DJ. Gilt lettering. Boards have light edgewear and rubbing. Light silverfishing. Spine cloth has chipping at top edge. Front hinge open. Spine tight. A handsome copy of this reference volume covering 'Honolulu' to 'Lepidus.'.
