Soft cover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. Booklet No. 9 in the Signature Series. The publisher's blurb references the link to the writer's previous work Ping and the collapse of 'some such refuge - with the ensuing situation of the refugee.' The translation is by Beckett himself from the original French Sans. All the text is clear and crisp, indeed the typography and text size assist legibility. However, there is internal tanning and the card covers (especially the rear one) are quite creased in places with some tanning along the perimeters. Closed tear on rear cover. Last page (pp. 21) has some rubbing in top left-hand corner. pp. 21. 12mo. (The publication date comes via the ISBN - not from the book itself).
