Illustrated with a series of b/w photographs by Eduardo Galliani, including a full-page frontispiece. Each of the eleven chapters is headed with an engraved cartouche by Abigail Rorer, who has also drawn a map of the house and land. Printed at the Incline Press on Zerkell paper in a numbered edition of 170 copies. This is copy #27. Signed by the Publisher on the colophon. Quarter bound in green cloth with a red and grey headband. Two green colour paper covered boards with green lettering. Dark green end papers to match. Laid in is an invoice from the publisher to well-known bookbinder Alison Allison dated 27 August 2014. All enclosed within a green cloth edged slip case and title label on spine. All in fine condition. Signed by Publisher.
