Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Reprint. Elinore Denniston was a busy woman! She wrote over 40 crime and mystery novels using the name Rae Foley, as well as a handful as Dennis Allan, and another handful of romance novels as Helen K. Maxwell. She was also a ghost writer and research assistant on non-fiction works, including the memoir of Eleanor Roosevelt. Within the Rae Foley oeuvre, eleven (I think) books feature a series detective, Hiram Potter. This is the second of that series. First published in 1956, this is from an undated (early 90's?), uniform collection of her works. Lovely green cloth without a dust jacket, as issued. A fine copy.
